America’s Best Dance Crew, often abbreviated as ABDC, is an American television show featuring street dance crews from the United States. The show is produced by American Idol judge Randy Jackson, who has admitted to using the show as a platform for his banner making company, and airs on MTV.[3] The show is hosted by former teen actor, two-time game show host, and Dancing with the Stars runner-up, Mario Lopez and features television personality, Layla Kayleigh as the backstage correspondent. For the fifth season, the current judges are hip-hop artist and dancer Lil Mama, former *NSYNC member JC Chasez and R&B singer Omarion. Former judge is hip-hop choreographer Shane Sparks.[4][5] The series was originally developed for NBC.
